Step 2 — Load the rules: The screen shows that show's trigger list ("Take a sip every time Jim looks at the camera", "Joey says 'How you doin'", and so on). Each rule says how many sips it costs.

Step 3 — Hit play: Start the episode on your TV or laptop. When a trigger happens on screen, tap that rule. Your total sip counter ticks up and the rule lights up as "triggered".

Step 4 — Keep count: Tap a rule again if it happens twice — the counter adds another round. The progress bar tracks how many of the show's triggers you've hit.
